1. What Is A Serviced Apartment?

A serviced apartment is a fully furnished residential apartment that is let out on a nightly basis in a similar way to a hotel room. All our apartments are fully furnished and have fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes and WiFi. They all have washer dryers or access to laundry facilities. They are all cleaned and have linen and towels changed weekly or daily.   

2. What is the difference between a Hotel and a Serviced Apartment?

Serviced apartments offer more space, flexibility and privacy. A serviced apartment can be more cost effective than an equivalent hotel room, especially when you are staying for 7 nights or more. For all durations of stay, savings will always be made on typical hotel costs like hourly internet rates, laundry bills, TV charges and inflated bar, restaurant and mini bar prices. 

3. Which Types Of Serviced Apartment Do You Offer?

At Kasar Stays, we specialize in providing premium serviced apartments within dedicated apartment buildings. These properties are exclusively designed for serviced living and typically feature an onsite reception or concierge facility, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for our guests.

At Kasar Stays, we also offer aparthotels, which combine the flexibility and comfort of serviced apartments with select hotel-like amenities. Guests can enjoy the feeling of home with fully-equipped kitchens and private living spaces, alongside the convenience of 24-hour customer service. Additionally, some of our properties provide secure parking spaces, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay.

4. Where are The Apartments Located?

Kasar Stays was founded in England, by our CEO, Mr. Pius Dee Akinmejiwa, and has grown to offer premium serviced living in multiple prime locations, including Kent, Essex, Leicester, and London. Each of our properties is strategically situated to provide easy access to local landmarks, shopping centers, and business hubs. We are dedicated to delivering unparalleled comfort and convenience, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for our guests across all our locations.

5. What Will My Apartment Contain?

All apartments are different as are the facilities but they all have kitchen/kitchenette, sitting/living area, sleeping area and bathroom. Most properties have free Wi-Fi and Smart TV with Prime TV and Netflix and most have much else besides.

If you have particular needs please let us know at the enquiry stage and we will ensure that you receive a quote for the most suitable type of apartments for you. All apartments are provided with the equipment you would expect to find in a home such as furniture, electrical and kitchen appliances, soft furnishings, kitchenware, bedding, fresh linen and towels. 

6. What types of Apartments Do You Offer?

We offer a variety of accommodations, including houses, apartments, and shared apartments, designed to cater to diverse needs. Our units range from 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom configurations, each thoughtfully furnished and equipped with modern amenities such as fully-equipped kitchens, high-speed internet, comfortable living spaces, and essential appliances, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

8. What are the Check-In and Check-Out Times?

Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Full details of your Check-In process will be provided to you at the confirmation stage of your reservation.

Early Check In
This is sometimes available and is usually subject to availability. In order to guarantee early check in it is usually necessary to pay for it as soon as possible before check in time. 

Is There An Option For Late Check Out?
Late check-out is sometimes possible on request but in order to guarantee this it is necessary to pay an additional charge and this will, of course, always be subject to availability. 

9. Do You Offer Discounts For Long-Term Stays?

14. What Fire Safety Measures Are in Place?
At Kasar Stays, the safety of our guests is paramount, and we have implemented comprehensive fire safety measures across all our properties. In the event of a fire, it’s important that you follow the appropriate safety protocols. Here’s what we have in place:

  • Emergency Protocol: We strongly advise that guests do not attempt to fight a fire themselves. If you encounter a fire or smell smoke, please immediately call the emergency services using the local emergency number. Evacuate the property immediately and proceed to the designated assembly area as instructed in the emergency evacuation plan provided in your apartment.
  • Smoke Alarms: All our properties are equipped with smoke alarms that are connected to other areas of the property. In the event of smoke or fire, these alarms will activate throughout the building, even if the fire has started in a specific location. This interconnected system helps to alert all guests and staff, giving everyone time to evacuate safely.
  • First Aid Bags: We ensure that each of our properties is equipped with first aid kits that include essential items to manage minor injuries or health concerns. We recommend that guests familiarize themselves with the location of the first aid bag upon arrival. These kits are regularly checked and maintained for your safety.

16. Can I Smoke In My Apartment?

No – most of our properties are non-smoking and this tends to include apartments and communal areas.

17. Can I Host Events or Gatherings in The Apartment?

Small gatherings are allowed; however, loud parties are prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Please inform us beforehand about any plans to host guests.
